Niche Food Group is seeking skilled cooks to join our team at Brasserie by Niche in the Central West End, and Sardella, Gerard Craft's newest concept in Clayton.
Ideal candidates should be experienced, passionate, and detail oriented team players who are eager to learn and grow.
- At least 1 year of experience
- Working knowledge of basic cooking technique and multiple stations
- Culinary school is a plus, but by no means a requirement
- Open and flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends
- Full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) are eligible to enroll in our health insurance program after their first 60 days of employment
- 50% discount on food at all 5 Craft restaurants
