Owned by James Beard Award-winning Chef Gerard Craft, Niche Food Group includes four restaurants in the St. Louis area: Taste by Niche, a modern speakeasy, Brasserie by Niche, a classic French bistro, our approachable Italian concept, Pastaria, and Sardella, a beautiful, fun, seasonal restaurant with a nod to Italy.
We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with us! You will work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef to help create and execute desserts, gelatos, pastries, and more to be featured and enjoyed at our family of restaurants.

- Working knowledge of basic baking and pastry technique
- Culinary school is a plus, but by no means a requirement
- Open and flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends
- Organized, quick thinking and adept at multitasking
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude and high energy level
- Full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) are eligible to enroll in our health insurance program after their first 60 days of employment
